As the consortium lead, DEPC Group Leader has signed a contract for the implementation of the project “Provision of Technical Documentation Services and Execution of Reconstruction Works for Part of the Technical and Technological Unit of Phase 2 of the Central Building of the University Clinical Center of Serbia in Belgrade, designated as Phase 2B.”

This represents one of the most significant healthcare infrastructure projects in the Republic of Serbia. The completion of Phase 2B will finalize the Central Building of the

University Clinical Center of Serbia, completing this complex and strategically vital project aimed at upgrading the country’s healthcare system.

The total scope of work covers approximately 35,930 m², of which 34,510 m² is dedicated to the reconstruction of part of the Central Building—including the Polyclinic area within the podium and the existing inpatient tower—while the remaining 1,420 m² accounts for the completion of two atriums.

The scope of the contract encompasses the preparation of technical documentation, execution of civil and finishing works, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) installations, as well as the implementation of all activities necessary for the successful completion of the project in accordance with applicable technical standards and client requirements.

The agreed project duration is 24 months.
