University Clinical Centre of Serbia – the first stage is carried out on an area of 86.000 m² as a challenging architectural and construction complex, consisting of fourteen parts: A, B, C+J, WEST, NORTH, K, D, CENTRAL PART, W, EAST, SOUTH, ENTRANCE WEST, ENTRANCE NORTH AND ENTRANCE EAST. In terms of external improvement, the object includes two main components – a podium and a tower. The podium houses the services of diagnosis, consultation, researches, therapy, interventions and an intensive care unit, while the tower houses the medical care department and doctors’ offices. The University Clinical Centre of Vojvodina is designed in the form of 5 floors, the height of the object is approx. 21 m, with 4 stairwells and 10 elevators (8 passenger and 2 freight elevators). The construction of the emergency and diagnostic Centre is 4 floors, respectively, 5 floors, with a gross construction area of 33,275.84 m2. The entrance to the object is from the east side, in the form of an extension.

Renovation of the facility with the equipment installation on the turnkey basis for the needs of the Centre for Genome Sequencing and Bioinformatics within the Institute of Molecular Genetics and Genetic Engineering. The Centre was opened in 2021 on an area of about 900 m2. The full range of work was completed in just two months.
The laboratory department of the Centre for Genome Sequencing and Bioinformatics consists of three independent laboratory units, three lines in which various independent analyses are carried out.
Design and construction of the most advanced laboratory complex (BSL-2) for the diagnosis of COVID-19 in the Balkans, within the framework of the Clinical Centre of Serbia, called “Fiery Eye”.
The total area of the laboratory is over 700 m2. The capacity of the laboratory is 2,000 samples per day. This laboratory is an analogue of the one in Wuhan.
The laboratory is designed in accordance with the regulations and design standards of this type of facilities – the level of biosafety of 2 laboratories working around the clock.
National Laboratory for the Molecular Detection of Infectious Agents “HUO-YAN” Nish – “Fiery Eye” 2.
The facility is envisaged as a separate rectangular base with dimensions of 20 m x 39 m, a height of 4.8 m with a fully landscaped 5.000 m2 exterior area surrounding the new laboratory, the Pasteur Institute and the Institute of Public Health.
The protection level is BSL2, the usable area is 900 m2, 450 m2 of which are classified (ISO 8) and 450 m2 are unclassified rooms. In the adjacent facility, next to the laboratory of infectious agents, there is an area provided for a serological laboratory.
